HISTORY
The Swimming section, an infinite pool of swimmers, has been a pioneer in terms of results and teaching for many years. It has contributed numerous athletes to the Olympic Games, as well as to other important events without forgetting that at Spanish and Catalan level it has been a benchmark.
Today, and after some difficult years for the Club in general, the section works with great enthusiasm to return to where it belongs.
With more than 140 swimmers, the section enjoys very good sporting health. A very good technical team that manages all the needs that swimmers claim.
At the sporting level, and with a very clear idea, the entire program is focused on sports and personal training so that the maximum performance of each swimmer occurs at the right time and with the right maturity.
To highlight the Absolute Team, very young and with a lot of projection, with absolute finalists and Junior metal players.
This is the case of Laia Martí, Junior international, or the absolute swimmers Roger Serradell, Maria Cerezo, Mireia Pradell, Mònica Cabal or Sara Mues, as well as the junior swimmer Guillem Pérez, vice-champion of Spain, who, despite their youth, demonstrate a great projection.
At the base, an important pillar of the section, the selection of future talents continues on its right path. So much so that we contest the general classifications by teams with any club.
